Tito La Rosa

A descendant of the Quechua Indians, La Rosa performs on numerous exotic instruments of Incan and pre-Incan cultures: Condor Feather Pan Pipe, Condor Bone Flute, Clay Water Vessels, Clay Pan Pipes, Llama Bone Flute, Conch Shell and Bamboo Flutes (Quena). With Mary Youngblood and Shkeme Garcia, these artists combine wind instruments, percussion and chants to create an emotional and joyful telling of this ancient prophecy of Unity.

The prophecy says the Eagle and the Condor will one day fly together again and the people will converse with the mountains and play the music of mother earth together. “LaRosa and Youngblood interweave North and South American winds like smoke..." -BILLBOARD Magazine
